Q.. Why do we not mention the wireless carrier?
A.: We are a certified provider of Wireless Services that partners with several Wireless Network Providers to use their network on a wholesale basis. We bill the customer, service the customer and all they know is us, so using our partners names or would only create confusion for our customers. We own the customer and are building our brand. If someone asks you what network you are using to provide the service, it’s fine to say our provider, just do not put anything in writing.
Q.. Does switching service mean my plan changes?
A.: Yes. You will choose one of our calling plans.
Q.. What happens when a wireless customer does not pay their monthly bill on time?
A.: They will receive a “please pay your bill” letter and if we do not receive payment within the next 15 days, their service will be suspended until we receive payment.
Q.. Can we keep our same number?

A.: Monthly rates vary depending on your calling needs. Plans start at $34.99 and go all the way to $99.99 for unlimited voice calling.
Q. Will our wireless customers be able to call other wireless customers (Mobile to Mobile) and not use their minutes?
A... Yes. Mobile to Mobile is available as an addition ADD-ON feature.
Q. Can all additional cost generating features be blocked on the Unlimited Plan (Downloads, Texting)?
A... SMS/Text Messaging can be blocked. Other items like Brew/Downloads and MMS will have to be selected and/or added on the MDN level so they will effectively be blocked automatically. DA, ILD to the NADP can not be blocked.
Q. Can we sell the BlackBerry Data service as Data only and not include a voice plan?
A... Yes - you can.
